Building on our 23 years building relocation experience, Laing Homes has developed a range of transportable buildings.  With over 25 standard plans together with our custom design service we can provide almost any design to suit prospective client’s requirements.

We have built in excess of 280 new transportable buildings for a wide range of South Island clients.

Building Systems

We utilise well proven building construction systems.  Metrapanel solid wall and ceiling structural sheets together with conventional timber frame gib board construction system or combination MAXIM / timber frame gib board are sometimes used to suit client’s requirements.
