The SMARThouse
This SMARThouse range has been designed in partnership with acclaimed award winning architects Wilson & Hill Architects Ltd for clients who prefer their homes with clean & simple lines and a modernistic edge. This modular system offers the ultimate flexibility enabling the house to be progressively built as required, or as funds permit.
Featuring flexible design options, generous floor to ceiling windows, low VOC water based paints, oils & stains, quality construction, thorough planning, locally sourced materials where possible, engineered timber products, and relocation to alternative sites if required.
The SMARThouse is constructed as a fully complete transportable home so can be easily transported to your site as one unit. Currently we manufacture homes from our Christchurch facility for delivery to the Canterbury, West Coast and North Otago areas.

Our award winning architecturally designed SMARThouse is now for sale. We are looking to remove the house from it;s current site approximately September/October. This is a beautifully designed modern home suitable for many locations throughout the South Island. The Smart House is considered a lightweight house suitable for most TC3 site's throughout Christchurch

The living space provides extravagant panoramic views allowing you to enjoy
