This 3 bedroom specific design Mamaku 87m² has been one our most successful relocations we have had the pleasure to build. Our client approached us looking for a home that would be suitable for their staff of the Boyle River Outdoor Education Centre. With the help of our architects and the clients input, we were pleased to present the client with a clever layout which gave them the right amount of living space.
The clever design features architectural vertical window profiles, additional ranch sliders to the living and master bedroom and the designer kitchen has been extended out to the soffit to create additional space. Double wardrobes with aluminium sliders in two spacious bedrooms and a smaller double wardrobe in the third bedroom. The bathroom features a large 1m x 1m shower with seperate bath.
