We’ve purchased and relocated many homes from their current site, which saves on demolition costs, and then the owner can choose how they move forward.
Some choose to build a new home either prefabricated (which means built off-site and relocated to your site ready to be connected to site services, which has shorter lead times). Others choose to build on-site with us or with another build.

Our easy 3 step process

Contact Us
If you’re considering building on your existing site, get in touch with us, and we will talk through the various options and see if the purchase of your good-quality home and relocation is right for you.
We will then ask you to send through interior and exterior photos of your good quality home.
Please note we would like to review EQC and insurance documents.
2.
Site Visit
We will then arrange a site visit, and we will be checking:
- Site Removal and Delivery Access
- Building Condition
- And any renovation work
3.
Contract and Removal
Once the property details and price have been approved, you will then sign a contract with you and continue to live in the property for the new home to be delivered.
