Our easy 3 step process

Contact Us & Site Visit
If you’re considering building on your existing site, get in touch with us, and we will talk through the various options and see if the purchase of your good-quality home and relocation is right for you.
We will then ask you to send through interior and exterior photos of your good-quality home.
We will then arrange a site visit, and we will be checking:
- Site Access
- Building Condition
- And any renovation work

Design & Subdivision
We can either work with our team of trusted consultants to design and consent to your project or alternatively work with your preferred consultants and quote jobs based on documentation provided to us.
We can either arrange the subdivision applications, survey work, and unit titling on your behalf or recommend a suitable surveyor to assist or work with your preferred surveyor.

Removal & Construction
Once the property details and price have been approved, you will then sign a contract with us and live in the property until it’s time for your new home to be delivered or building to commence.
We partner with a number of sub-contractors who specialise in multi-unit development suitable of taking on projects large or small. Utilising our own in-house builders and subcontractor builders where required we are able to ensure quality control is always top of mind.
Finishing touches: From landscaping to curtains, we can provide the whole package.
