3. Contract and Consents

With a design finalised, we move into the legalities. Once consent is granted and a fixed-price contract is signed, you have the financial certainty needed to move forward.

4. Site Visit and Logistics

A technical site assessment is vital before construction. We check the "geotech" (soil quality) for foundation requirements and, for our transportable builds, our transport managers personally map out the logistical route. We coordinate with utility providers to ensure your site is ready for the structure to arrive or for on-site work to commence.

5. Construction and Delivery

This is the physical realisation of your plans. Our builds follow a strict quality sequence: framing, roofing, and making the building weathertight, followed by the "first fix" of electrical and plumbing.
